BAU SYSTEM CEILINGS
System of a modular ceiling created and patented by BAU S.A., U.S. Patent N° 7,536,836 May 26, 2009, that covers the supporting profiles and shores up on its four sides.
Its design permits ascertainability of each panel in an individual form, one by one.
WALL COVERINGS
System of wall coverings in MDF with a thickness of 12 mm and a finishing of UV varnish, covered in natural wood veneer.
Furthermore, available covered in PVC or high pressure laminates (HPL).
SOUND ABSORBING CEILINGS AND BAU WALL COVERINGS
Sound absorbing system of ceilings and wall coverings
composed with a perimetric frame of 12 mm coated in fabric on the backside.
The Slats are attached to the frame, but leave the center in between them free so the noise can pass.
The slats, with a proportion of 20x70 mm and a standard length of 1200 or 2400 mm, are attached with a distance of 50 mm, so that the sound passes behind the module and they therefore develop an excellent acoustic behavior.
FINISHED SHEETS OF NATURAL WOOD COVERINGS
The finished sheet of natural wood covering is a wood veneer with a finishing of UV varnish and an adhesive bonding compound.
It is applied directly to the prime construction materials and therefore flexible in its fitting. It has an above-construction-thickness of only 0,6 mm.
Its weight is insignificant to the construction and gives you the flexibility and freedom to design modules of extraordinary forms.
The aluminum profiles are used with or without sound absorbing panels.
On three sides the aluminum profiles are coated with wood veneer in just one individual operation, without any visible separation where different veneers meet.
This, however, is possible if the visible surface does not exceed 30cm.
The standard measurements of the profiles are 40x80, 50x100 and 20x66 cm.
